Returns + Exchanges
Return Period
SIZ offers a 14-day return policy: you have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must:
Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and with all tags and labels intact.
Include all original accessories (boxes, dust bags, cards, etc., if applicable).
Be shipped back to us within the 14-day period; returns received after this period will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Important: The costs and risks of returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees

Please make sure to wait for our response before sending anything back—this helps us avoid lost or misdirected parcels
Refunds
How refunds work:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
How exchanges work:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
You can request an exchange through the same email.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Include your order number and photos of the issue.
We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
Personalized or custom-made products
Items that are used, washed, or not in their original condition
International Returns and Customs
Please note:
For returns outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local customs office to check possible charges before making a return.
