Returns + Exchanges

 

Return Period

  • SIZ offers a 14-day return policy: you have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and with all tags and labels intact.

  • Include all original accessories (boxes, dust bags, cards, etc., if applicable).

  • Be shipped back to us within the 14-day period; returns received after this period will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

    Important: The costs and risks of returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees

How to Request a Return

To arrange a return or exchange, just send us an email at siz.geral@gmail.com - we’ll reply with all the details you need.
Please make sure to wait for our response before sending anything back—this helps us avoid lost or misdirected parcels

Refunds

How refunds work:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

How exchanges work:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • You can request an exchange through the same email.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately at siz.geral@gmail.com .

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that are used, washed, or not in their original condition

International Returns and Customs

Please note:

  • For returns outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office to check possible charges before making a return.
