SHIPPING
Please allow up to 3 business days for the processing of your order. Parcels will be shipped via DHL or registered postal service, depending on what customer choose on checkout. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent after the order has been shipped.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

We ship all items within 3 working days of purchase.
National orders takes between 1-3 business days. In the EU takes between 3-7 weekdays for delivery once shipped or less if you choose the DHL shipping.

We will make the delivery in accordance with agreed delivery dates to every extent possible; however, the Buyer acknowledges that the delivery dates are based on the circumstances of which the Seller is aware at the time at which the Agreement is concluded and, insofar as they are dependent on work or services to be provided by third parties, on the information that such third parties provide to the Seller.

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa. If you prefer pay via Paypal or bank reference just send us an email.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. SIZ is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

 

RETURNS

SIZ accepts returns and exchanges on regular priced items that meet the following requirements: 1. Return is initiated and mailed back by the customer within 14 days of delivery date - the customer must send an email to siz.geral@gmail.com requiring the return/exchange and wait for a reply with details (SIZ is not responsible for returns that do not follow this part, as parcels can be lost or sent the wrong way and you must send your return with a tracker and send us a tracking number) 2. The item is new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping (and customs). Please note that all Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Exceptions include damaged items. If you would like to return a defective product, you must notify us no later than 7 days after delivery and wait for a reply. Number 2. applies here too.
The refund will be made to your bank account in few days (When you benefited from free shipping, the shipping costs are deducted on the refund).
